Background

TinyLab.ai is a solo consultancy focused on industrial IoT development. I work directly with clients to design and build complete IoT systems - from field sensors to cloud dashboards.

My background spans embedded systems, industrial automation, and cloud software development. This combination is uncommon - most developers specialize in either hardware or software, leaving clients to coordinate between multiple vendors.

I've deployed systems in mining operations, on truck fleets, in manufacturing plants, and at remote utility sites. These environments taught me that reliability isn't optional - systems need to work when connectivity drops, when power fails, and when temperatures exceed specifications.

The "tiny" in TinyLab reflects both the edge devices I work with and the lean operating model. No project managers, no account executives - direct communication between you and the person writing the code.
